West Hartford family dentistry has been my DENTAL PROVIDER since I was 15. They are the best I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr Shakun is by far the most amazing dentist. His staff are incredible. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend this dental practice. Everyone is amazing.

I definitely give Diana and Dr. Patel 5 stars. They are extremely professional and polite and they answer all my questions. The front office staff is just as friendly. The big thing is they are always on time with just a few minutes to wait. They DO NOT pressure you into more procedures. I'm happy. I think I 'll stay! Oh, and I forgot to mention, they do GREAT work.

My hygienist took a lot of time explaining the reason for various sensitivities and reassuring me about them. She also gave me some suggestions for care. As I checked out a default service charge for xrays came up and she caught it.I’ve been a patient here for 20 years and always feel they go the extra mile.

Dr. Shakun is the absolute best! Not only is he extremely skilled, he also does his best to minimize discomfort and trauma. I had a broken tooth and he repaired it in the least invasive way that was medically necessary. I won't go to anyone else!
