I'm currently undergoing Invisalign treatment with Dr. Loo and couldn't be happier with my experience. Dr. Loo takes the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process and patiently answers all my questions. Her communication is excellent, making me feel comfortable and informed throughout my treatment.

Great experience from start to finish with this practice and Dr Loo. Divina, the receptionist was extremely nice and the text reminders and follow up contact was helpful. Dr Loo was very thorough for my first visit and when I had fillings that needed to be redone, they were able to find out insurance coverage on the spot and accommodate me right then. Would recommend based off of my first visit.

I went to LivWell for the first time today and was seen by Dr. Kim. She provided excellent care. She was very professional and communicated extremely well. She addressed any concerns/questions I had. I had a fantastic experience. Divina at the front desk was excellent at helping me set up the appointment.
