Well, because I already appealed one appointment, the office manager said I must pay this one. My daughter likes coming to your office because you cater to children, but you certainly don't cater to their parents especially when things like this happen beyond their control. I've never had a dentist try to charge me for something like this... and if it continues to be an issue I will very quickly find my daughter a new place to go. This is not how you do business."
