The clinic assigned me to Dr.Williams, who, according to their website, had little to no experience , let alone someone qualified to handle specialized conditions like mine.From the start, it was evident that my case was straightforward, with no complications. However, Dr.Williams lack of experience led to an artificial perforation of my tooth. The worst part was that she was not upfront about her mistake and tried to deceive me by claiming there was a crack in my tooth, without giving a clear explanation. Only after consulting an actual expert did the truth come to light, revealing the dishonesty of Dr. Williams with her patients.When I attempted to obtain my dental notes after the disaster, the patient phone services were unhelpful and kept me on hold for an extended period. When I finally received the notes, they were carelessly written, as if they didn't respect my intelligence. Dr. Williams had the audacity to write that she "saw a perforation." Well, thank you for the obvious observation!As a result of this disastrous experience, my tooth is now gone. I can't help but feel anger and frustration towards the clinic and Dr. Rachel Williams. I urge everyone seeking dental care, especially for specialized procedures, to thoroughly inquire about the dentist's qualifications, experience, and track record in handling cases similar to yours.
