Charlotte and Wendy in the office staff are complete liars. They told us they would accept our daughter for the care she needs. Waited over a month to call me back and say they will not accept her. Wendy even hung the phone up on me. Beyond unprofessional.I'm not complaining on the other staff and hygienist. This review is solely for the poorly ran office staff.

Staff has always been friendly and great to work with. We started there when my kids were foster and we have kept them there after adoption. It's a smaller office and not as fancy as the big guys, but they are good, it's clean, and they treat you well.

Had an overall extremely pleasant experience at this office. I arrived ontime for my appt and was taken back very shortly. The lady who cleaned my teeth for majority of my appointment was very kind and let me know what she was doing, when to expect any potential pain. I also let the lady know that I hadn't been to a district in 5+ years and she was very understanding. She was extremely gentle, and I really only felt pressure rather than pain while she cleaned up all the buildup on my teeth. All of the staff was very upfront about what to expect (called to let me know about copays) and although I saw the doctor very briefly for my first exam, he was very friendly and I would be happy to go back to his office. The receptionist was even happy to print out my x-ray.

I mean it's Alright, but why torture people in the back and give then fillings that look like cavities so we'll come back and yall say we got cavities? Like come on...companies are ment to be good, most of the dentist are rude, talk to loud, I went today for a broken Moller and that one woman whispered to not humiliate me in front of everyone in there, about 3 people lol, as a 15 year old I guess I live getto now

Very pleased w Dr Davis and his staff, my family has been going to him for 15 years and they are great! Reading some of the reviews and I’m going to say this, most of the reviews are very fabricated, most of these ppl are thinking they are entitled because they have State Insurance, be thankful you found someone for your dental needs, YES you may have to wait, but it’s not like most of y’all are paying anything! HOW MANY OF YALL HAVE MISSED A TON OF APPOINTMENTS AND NOW ITS LIKE POOR ME? Stop complaining they are just about the only dental office that takes Tenncare and Virginia Medicaid
