TLDR: The staff and Dr are super friendly, extremely accommodating, well versed in modern practices and regulations, professional, and a pleasure to be seen by. If I lived locally, Waltham Dental Group, would be my regular dentist.Full story:Broke a tooth (#14) having lunch while in town for work. Found Waltham Dental Group online and headed to the office. I arrived late in the day on Friday but they still saw me for a quick look at the tooth.Once they saw the tooth they shoehorned me into their Saturday schedule to be seen by the Dr. The staff took their x-rays and the Dr. didn't hesitate to confirm my suspicion, the tooth needed to come out. I figured this was the case as I've already had three restorations (fillings) on it already.He gave me the option to extract immediately, wait until the next day to extract and bone graft (implant prep), or wait until I got back home. Ideally I would have scheduled Sunday for extraction and bone graft, but I'm in town for work and can't afford the downtime from oral surgery.So, at my request, the Dr. smoothed over the sharp edges of the tooth fracture and sent an extraction w/graft referral to my OMFS back home in Texas. We both understood this was not the ideal course of action but more the necessary course given my situation.Everyone in the office was fantastic and treated me like a person and regular patient, not some out-of-town emergency walk-in jerk.
