This team was very refreshing after having negative experiences at other dentists in the Lake Nona. Specifically, Maria Rosa and Dr. Haitami were very pleasant and receptive to my concerns. The space is very clean and the other staff were very coordinated and communicated. I’ll definitely be coming back for my other dental care needs.

This place is a scam. They sent a mailer to my home for a new patient special $99 which included exams, X-rays and a cleaning and then I left without the basic cleaning but still had to pay $70 for the visit. I would suggest stop falsely advertising this service because it’s inconsistent to what is actually being provided. They would not do a basic cleaning but suggested me to have 2 cleanings with them one including gum therapy. On top of that I was screened for Invisalign and they were willing to move forward with that process even if I didn’t get the cleaning which I thought was odd especially if they felt that the cleaning needed to be an extensive one as they suggested. This company lying to their customers needs to be studied because people work hard for their money and being known as a company that is stealing and falsely advertising services is not going to keep patients even though your able to get them to walk in to the office. Terrible place!
