I have had extensive dental work performed by Dr. Walden which included simple fillings, root canal, and implants. Danielle in billing is exceptional in explaining and breaking down the cost of procedures and can accurately inform you of how dental insurance can offset some of that expense. The dental assistants are all first-rate in their congeniality and areas of expertise. Last but not least, the receptionist(s) also needs to be recognized for their diligence in answering questions, scheduling and reminding patients of upcoming appointments, etc. I know that for some, going to the dentist leads to extreme anxiety and trepidation. But I wanted to emphasize that from my personal experience that their ‘bedside manner’ is second to none and for those that are apprehensive about dental work, give the crew at Walden Dentistry a try. ~ Jason Wang."
