Prior experiences have been 4 to 5 stars but as a family man that works overnights my schedule is pretty tight. Went in for an appointment 11/5 and made a follow up 11/13 and told no appointment was made after driving 30 mins to the office. I value my time like money and if I can't trust an appointment to be scheduled I can't trust much else, can I?I'm sorry but I think its time to find somewhere closer to home which is a shame.Edit(11/21/24): Went to my 8:30 appointment and after filling a cavity they "reshaped my tooth" which I asked how that will affect my retainer. The dentist "ooh'd" and claimed she didn't know I wore a retainer despite sharing the same office and file with my orthodontist. If they don't fit that's $155 put of MY pocket. Keeping my review at 2 stars at this time.

I’m a new customer and my experience was amazing! The staff and Doc. Dahshan were very straight to the point and helped me, it was really nice having a doctor not beat around the bush! I can’t wait for my next visit!

Very friendly, clean and take many precautions to make sure you (the patient) are comfortable. Exceptionally knowledgeable and willing to help in any way possible! I drive approximately 30 minutes in order to come here😁

Dr. Dahshan did a great job fixing up my tooth. I broke a filling over the weekend and urgently needed it replaced. Village West squeezed me in within 24 hours of calling and I had the remainder of my old filling taken off and a new crown made on site to fit my tooth while I waited. The team, and I mean a real team of people worked together to make this a good experience. This office and all its staff come highly recommended.

Dr. Dahshan is an amazing Dentist. I don't like going to the the Dentist office but he has made it a smooth process. Very friendly and trustworthy! Thank you again Doctor!
