Wow! I am deeply disappointed in this office. I requested X-rays as I travel the country and unfortunately can’t have 1 dentist they made me feel like there was something wrong with my end of my email. They kept lying and saying they sent the X-rays to my email. I thought I was going crazy I then had the new dentist call them to request for X-rays with their email and fax and they kept being really nice to us on the phone but literally never sending or faxing them to the office I have 4 different emails and 1 fax number and they never sent the X-rays this is ILLEGAL I will be contacting my insurance and letting everyone know how they are illegally holding my X-rays. They wouldn’t even send the hippa form to fill out to the other dentist office EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED they told me to stop in the office to get the X-rays I don’t live there this is extremely frustrating. When you go to a dentist I would request your X-rays that day while you’re in the office so you can physically see them sending it to you or printing them out.

Excellent customer service in the front desk, great doctor (Dr. Flor Salinas) and hygienist (Maria de los Angeles)! Super clean and great atmosphere! I went for my first appointment. They did x rays and checked all of my teeths. I went for dental cleanings and then I plan to schedule fillings. I highly recommend it! They dedicated time to explain things and provided education. They are fully bilingual (Spanish/English)
