Had a root canal on a molar here today. I am unfortunately someone who requires more anesthetic than most and I also have a pretty severe adrenaline response to it. I told them this beforehand and they could not have been more kind and empathetic - they took me seriously, did everything they could to mitigate the response and took care to make the procedure as fast and painless as possible. They offered me headphones to play music during the procedure, which I declined but I thought was a really nice touch for people who are afraid of having dental work and the drilling noises. The front desk staff were also super nice and went out of their way to help me out with some questions about my insurance. A great experience, I’d use them again without hesitation.
