Staff is beyond rude, condescending and unprofessional. I paid to have 13 teeth pulled and they broke the impacted wisdom tooth and left part of it in. The staff in front was extremely rude to my wife when she wanted to go out to our car when they were taking me back. Rude to the point their entire waiting room walked out. After a couple days of unbearable pain I went back in to see if there was any different way to go about pain medication because 1 it was working at all and 2 after 2 full days I was about out of what was prescribed. I was told I was abusing the pain medication and that it’s only meant to be taken once a day when the pharmacist directed it to be taken every 6 to 8 hours. We will definitely not be using this office anymore and making proper reports.

The the staff at urgent dental Center and family dentistry were very courteous and very professional. They saw me as a Friday evening their last client of the evening at just a few minutes notice I had to get there 2 hours before they close but they saw me. And I chose to get an extraction but they gave me three options and they were great oh my goodness the best dentist I've ever been to as far as an extraction goes and the staff is just great it's a clean facility comfortable seating very very nice office very nice people. Overall I'd have to say that if I could I'd give him 10 stars but I gave him the five stars and if you need to do them procedure I recommend you come here to them.

My first experience here wasn't bad. I watched how everyone worked hard and everything was organized and clean as far as I could see. Everyone was friendly and I was taken care of promptly. My only small issue with the place was the overall structure. There were dividers between the treatment areas instead of walls. I know it was probably more efficient for the staff to get around but I just wasn't used to that. I didn't feel too exposed tho but it would've been nice to be in a more private room. Other than that, good operation.

I was in so much pain, I was a walk-in at the Lafayette branch and the tooth extraction required a specialist. They sent me to another branch (Indy East) and was able to fit me in same day. For how deep my root was Dr. G was patient, very nice and able to get me in and out in less then 30 mins. I feel so much better thank you!

All of the staff was very gentle and reassuring to my 11 year old who is deathly scared of needles. She ended up getting two fillings and they were so patient with her and answered all her questions with kindness. I would recommended and will be coming back for additional care
