This was my 3rd visit to Unique Family dentist. My appointment was for 12pm today, but I didn't get in room until 12:45. Took the doctor 20 minutes to come in room, after numbing me up, doctor left again for another 15 minutes. This doctor was a male, woman doctor wasn't there. Everytime he back then left. I had a crown done. Of course I have to go back Jan 11 for permanent plus a deep clean. This doctor was not pleasant either. Also the woman helping him was like he coming in, 15 minutes later. If they don't seat me at 12pm on Jan 11th. I will report them to Bob. Plus the 2 times I was there I liked woman.

The amount of professionalism your business lacks on a social media platform is disgusting and it violates HIPPA on all levels! I must say, it’s one thing for someone to leave a review and to share the information about THEIR case, but for you all to disclose information about a client and their issues with you all, ALL FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR REPUTATION is another. Individuals leave reviews based on THEIR experience and perspective, which is very much so subjective. So a simple, “I’m sorry that was your experience, but that was not our perspective,”would’ve done you more justice. I dont know about anyone else reading these classless responses from you all but I would stay FAR AWAY from the outside looking in.You do better when you know better! Hope this helps :)

WORST Dentist in America!! You will DIE if you come here! The lady had me come into the office just so she can run my insurance and get paid 💀. I’m currently pregnant & this dentist DID NOT advocate for me or even TRY to help with the pain in my mouth. The dentist is LAZY! The people at the front desk hung in my face and this is just ridiculous! THIS IS REALLY A HOLE IN THE WALL! I WOULDN’T SEND MY DOG HERE. I’m taking legal action and I’m definitely reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and I’ll have a few of my family do the same. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED! DO NOT GO HERE, YOU WILL DIE!!!
