This place is wild, in a GOOD way! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I was new patient and had excruciating tooth pain so I called UD and asked if they could see me same day and explained the situation. They took me in with a 4pm appointment.They ended up doing 2 emergency extractions that same day, a Monday, and we were there until nearly 8pm. I never thought I would be so grateful to have teeth pulled on a Monday evening, but I would not have made it though the week in the pain I was in. The prices were fair. The staff was professional. The facility was clean. Everyone was friendly and efficient.they didn’t shame or embarrass me for not having Hollywood teeth. I can’t think of a single area where they do not earn 5+ stars. They go Above and beyond! They called the next day to follow up and see how I was recovering. I accidentally butt dialed a couple days later and they called me back. lol who does that? This place is the cream of the crop.When I saw the reviews (all perfect) thought for sure they have to be encouraging folks to do that, but guess what- nobody even mentioned reviews or leaving reviews. Nothing like that. They earned every single one including this one.

The best I have seen. Polite, communicative staff very willing to answer questions. Efficient friendly service and the needle NEVER hurts! This last is awesome. They also keep me in the loop about MediCal authorizations! Brava!
