I had an amazing experience with the Dr and the dental assistants! They made me feel very important and heard me out with my fear of feeling pain. The reason I’m giving them two stars is because the front desk people went over a payment plan before we started my treatment that went over “everything” according to them. I agreed to do it because I could afford it. I came back for my second appointment and they pretty much told me a mistake happened and it’s actually different numbers? (Higher numbers) And my monthly payments were going to be more. Mind you I just got out of my appt, I still feel the numbing I’m not 100% there but I got really upset because I have no idea how I’m going to pay my monthly payments now. A small mistake like that should not be happening and they should really understand how something small in their end can be really unfortunate in other peoples ends & now I’m stuck. Really upset with the whole situation & unfortunately they told me it’s pretty much what it is and I have to pay the higher monthly payments. So just make sure if you come over here, go everything like 3 times in case this happens to you as well.
