They were so kind throughout the whole process and were great and calming me down and making me feel a lot better. Was in and out in about 30 mins. Great team. Special thanks to Eli. He was phenomenal and calming and overall a great support throughout. Thank you!

Claudia was very kind and patient - I have major anxiety related to past dental experiences, and she was great. She did not push at all, just let me go at my own pace.Unfortunately, when I arrived for my actual treatment with the dentist 2 weeks later, she changed the treatment plan (vs what was sent to my insurance and what was discussed w/me - also in writing).When I asked for my xrays to be sent to a different dentist for a 2nd opinion, they were never forwarded. It took 2 requests before the info was sent.Then I received 2 different bills within a 2 week period - the first noted a $0 balance. The second with an apology letter saying the previous $0 balance bill was sent in error, and I did infact have a balance due.When I called the office for clarification and to pay the bill, I was told there was no bill due, both invoices were incorrect, and I actually had a credit.If I could provide a 1/2-star rating, I would. Only because Claudia is fantastic. The office staff and actual dentist were not a good fit for me.
