My daughter has severe anxiety issues and rarely trusts anyone at first sight. Dr Hinton and her staff made her feel comfortable. The doctor made sure to explain everything she was going to do. Dr Hinton had to do some significant oral surgery (July 2020) on my daughter and the doctor made sure we all understood what was going to happen. Dr Hinton's office is WAY out of our way (2 hr drive from home) but I'd still make that drive to go with a dentist that my daughter trusts.

My entire family have been patients of Dr. Hinton before and since this practice opened. The facility is clean and well maintained. Her practice has some of the most up to date dental equipment on the market. Dr. Hinton is the best dentist in the area, in my opinion. She has explained and comforted me through every procedure I have had while in her care. She's very friendly and personable and I've enjoyed wonderful conversations with her the the staff over the years!!

Dr. Hinton is a really good dentist. However, the supporting staff is not.I was on vacation and my appointment was 1 week out and Dr. Hinton staff called me about updating my insurance and I informed them I would provide when I return from vacation since I didn’t have my new insurance card. The next day, another representative from TTH Family Dentistry sent me a text message about updating my insurance, I informed them I had already spoken with another representative the day before and let them know I would provide the insurance when I return and then the representative was saying without them getting the insurance in advance I would be responsible for the dentist appointment- I had to keep explaining I didn’t have the card and would provide when I return home, still in advanced.Additionally, when I tried to contact TTH Dentistry via email and phone when I returned – no one ever gave me a call back or responded. Very poor customer service. Will not return.
