Accommodating, kind, sensitive and kind. That is staff and also Dr Worth. I have been looking for a good dentist for a long time and now I finally have one so close to home! I was just there yesterday afternoon and had some major work done and I feel better than I thought I would! I am referring to family dental to my family and friends. This is my new dentist going foward. So happy I followed through with them.

Customer service: 5 starsCare from team members: 5 starsVery professional and courteous team. Extremely thorough in their diagnosis and imaging process.First dentist I had been to in 15 years and was given a treatment plan that included deep cleaning, antibiotic treatments, etc. which totaled about $900 out of pocket in spite of insurance covering 60%. This did not include recommended replacement of fillings, a crown that was deemed necessary for a back tooth and recommended orthodontic work.Got a second opinion at a different clinic and was given a treatment plan that was significantly less expensive. While I understand there are discrepancies between doctor/hygienist opinions and interpretations, it is hard to not see a 90% price difference between two treatment plans and not feel that some bill padding was at play here.

First off let me just start off by saying the staff is mostly professional and we’re very excellent in providing good customer service during our visits. However, I wasn’t going to write a review until I saw how my mother wasn’t the happiest on her 75th birthday yesterday as she normally is on her special day. Also I’m not sure on why my mother isn’t receiving the same experiences as the reviews stated on this Google review. Let’s get started here. After my mother’s extractions I’ve noticed her bottom jaw seeming different or may be misaligned not sure…..she keeps sticking out her bottom teeth which was not occurring before her first extraction. Ok firstly, I was very bothered by the sudden call to me that there’s a referral waiting for my mother at their dental office for my desk to pick up for an oral surgeon that does not accept her dental insurance(in which I found out after calling them directly). I received a call like a week later after her last extraction from the financial person. Not from the dentist, hygienist nor the dental assistant that suddenly my mother needs to be sent to an oral surgeon to get the rest of her remaining teeth extracted. That was very odd to me therefore any normal person would be led to believe it’s all about money but I think it’s something else. Nevertheless, no one ever called to check on her after any of the extractions like other dentist normally do in my experiences. The plan was to have her extractions all completed and to her new teeth by her birthday, but that happened and she was very depressed yesterday on her birthday. A sudden change in her dental plan to go to an oral surgeon the rest of extractions isn’t sitting right with us. I asked the office to have the dentist contact us directly but he never did. I understand that changes can occur but why wasn’t that told to us while at the office during her last visit??? No reasonable explanation was provided into why all of sudden she has to visit an oral surgeon instead of getting the remaining 4 bottom teeth extracted which is the dental plan provided to her after her first visit.
