She then went on to talk about how her family is converting my ethnic group in Southeast Asia to Catholicism. After the periodontal evaluation, she told me that she requires a refundable $100 prepayment in case my insurance didn't pay her in full for the periodontal evaluation suggesting I was too poor for her services. My insurance paid her everything and she refuses to refund the $100 prepayment.

Dr. Pham has provided excellent care for me for the last 25 years. Dr. Pham is compassionate and very focused on my oral health. Of all of the dentists I have used in the past Dr. Pham is the best!
