During the initial visit it was determined that a follow-up would be needed she made a mistake on the insurance, so the cost of the next appointment was not provided. Instead of calling and saying that, she waited until the day of the appointment to tell us what the cost was. If we had not of called to follow up, she told us she was waiting to tell us once we arrived at the appointment. As a result of her mistake and delay in providing pricing, we requested to reschedule, she became irate and threatened to charge a $200 cancellation fee. When asked to speak to her manager due to the unprofessionalism that was displayed, she became even more irate. If I could leave no stars at all, I would."
