If I could give 0 stars I would. I see that’s it’s common to have terrible experience over the phone. They call me the day of about an insurance question on a Saturday and tell me I have to pay $200 out of pocket because they can’t verify insurance. They hang up on me and then the manager Meagan calls me and is just as rude. It’s surprising that they run their business this way, especially a kids dentist office. Needless to say, I will not be going here and will go somewhere that is much more client friendly. There are plenty of pediatric dentists in the area. I’m sure I can find one that is happy to help us.

I was there yesterday with my daughters for a routine appointment and when I went to check out the person who attended to me was in some way very rude and unprofessional when she laughed at me in a sarcastic manner for not complete out the form that they give you. Even my 7 year old daughter told me, "Dad, she behaved rudely to you." I hope that in the future they will be more empathetic and professional with their patients.

My experience over the phone today was terrible first the line was going straight to a automated voice mail stating that you were closed and to call back later then i finally got a hold of someone and just asked to make my child a appointment I was calm polite and very respectful and received additude I understand not every day will be a good day but treating people nice cost nothing the dentists are great and the dental hygienist as well but I have other experience over the phone that were GREAT!! So I know they can be nice but I didn't do or say anything wrong to be treated poorly over the phone your in a field were you should Have EMPATHY.

My family really loves Dr.Lee he has been my kids dentist since 2015 Ridgefield office. Unfortunately the customer service from the front desk lately has not been the best. We had an appointment 11:00am, got there 10:50am, 11:30 we were still in the waiting room, nobody said anything about the waiting, I asked if it was going to take long, my daughter had to go back to school. The receptionist did not even look at me and said “I don’t know what’s going on I don’t know”I’m sorry but it was rude, lack of customer service. If you work as a receptionist you need to have customer service skills. I understand you guys have a lot of customers, and deal the people every day, but if you work with people and get paid to do that you need to be more charismatic.(People have bad days, we don’t feel good all the time. Hopefully was just a bad day)

I took both of my kids for a cleaning. They were both seen in the same room at the same time. They both loved the place and the experience. My kids were very happy.
