This was my husband and I first time visiting Todays Dental in Beverly. The staff was so kind and patient to hear and answer any questions we had. We both had a standard cleaning and they were very gentle but also very thorough. Very pleasant visit!

The front staff was SPECTACULAR! Veronica, Janet and Mario were so kind! ❤️ Dr. Patel was Great, this was the best dental place I have visited. They had updated technology, and answered all my questions. I felt heard and they took their time. They have a patient in my for life and I’m referring everyone to them!

I have to admit, I neglected my mouth for several years and had developed severe dental anxiety due to the possibility of being embarrassed and judged. My mother visited this dental office and called me right after she left and told me to book an appointment ASAP. She was so pleased with her visit, Dr.Patel and Mario. So I decided to book an appointment for myself and my daughter !Starting with the lady at the front desk, I can’t remember her name ( starts with a J?). She was so sweet, informative and patient from the first phone call to book an appointment! Upon arrival to the appointment, she greets you with a smile and your name before you even have to tell her. Something about that made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Even during check off , she maintains her beautiful spirit.Mario! The dental hygienist. He is the most kind , understanding and patient dental hygienist I’ve ever experienced. He was so personable and I felt like I was talking to someone I had known for years. He was so gentle during X-Rays and made me feel so comfortable even on the not so comfortable angles. Mario is a gem.On to Dr.Patel! At this point my dental anxiety had lessened from the staff I had seen up until he came in. Although, I still had a little nervousness because after all , he is the professional. He was so thorough. He pulled my X-RAYS on the tv screen and went tooth by tooth with me explaining what I was seeing. He did so well with explaining that to me, I’m confident I can read anyone’s dental X-rays and know what I am seeing. (lol!). Dr.Patel made me feel very comfortable even though my mouth needs major work. He went over all my work , came up with a detailed treatment plan that I am confident in. I did not feel judged , ashamed or any sense of dental anxiety when I walked out.The overall experience was so pleasant and inviting. A team full of kind , informative and delightful people. As I told Dr.Patel, yall rocking with me and I’m rocking with yall! I’m very pleased with my experience and can’t wait to come back!Thanks to the whole team whole heartedly!
