I was dissatisfied with the service I received at the dental office. My son had a scheduled cleaning appointment, but he no longer had dental insurance. I inquired about the cost of the cleaning procedure without insurance coverage. The office informed me that the cost would be less than $100. However, at the time of check-out, I was unexpectedly charged $180.The dental assistant informed me that my son had consented to pay for the fluoride treatment, which had an additional cost of $54. She also stated that $126 of the cleaning cost was due. The assistant claimed that the estimate provided prior to the cleaning session was inaccurate.My son recounted that the hygienist inquired about his willingness to apply fluoride, and he was subsequently informed that the cost was $30. He accepted the treatment at the listed price. However, when I brought this matter to the attention of the dental assistant, she asserted that the fluoride treatment cost of $30 was the price applicable with insurance coverage.After careful consideration, I contacted the office to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the office had already closed for the day. I left a voicemail message requesting a callback, but I did not receive a response. Additionally, I have not yet received the receipt that was supposed to be sent via email.

Dr. Josh is a talent, thorough and runs a well organized administration. He and his assistant are meticulous in their work and extremely positive and friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
