I appreciate, everything you do to help my family, to help maintain healthy teeth! Sometimes the wait is a little long, but that is expected since Covid. We do love our dental hygienist and our dentist.

I usually don't do reviews and I was afraid to go because of the bad reviews on here but I didn't really have a choice and I don't regret it. Honestly was a great visit from start to finish. Desk staff were friendly and were able to squeeze me in with a wait without an appointment due to a dead tooth that was causing me a lot of pain for a long time. They took my insurance and payment was easy. They gave me the option to save the tooth and I just wanted it pulled. I'm happy they did not try to push me to do anything other than what I wanted done. The dentist was friendly as well. Probably the best numbing I've gotten out of the dentists that I've been too. Had to numb me up twice but that's normal for me. They made sure I was comfortable and didn't feel anything before they pulled the tooth. I will return for future appointments.

I was blown away by the exceptional service and care I received at this clinic. The facilities are modern and clean, and the team is highly professional. My teeth have never looked or felt better!

I had two temporary crowns installed until the permanent crowns were available. One crown broke off in two pieces the first time I ate, my first bite (a French fry). I sent them an email asking what I should do. Shortly thereafter I received an email back stating that someone would get back to me. They did not get back to me. I sent them an email about once a day for a week. Still no response. Today I called them, To my astonishment I was reprimanded by a Today's Dental Manager for sending emails. She said "email is an old form of communication." I feel this was extremely unprofessional. In my opinion, this is extremely poor patient care.

Very kind and helpful. The woman who did the X-rays was the kindest and very personable while she did her job. Would recommend to anyone, that so far my experience was great. Hi again. I just wanted ti say. I have been treated with the most respect and kindness for a dental office here. And always explain all that their doing or about to do. Thanks. Again
