My son chipped his tooth two years ago Dr. Patty fixed it and all was good well the chip did happen again, on the part she filled in numerous more times within the past two years which is fine and understandable that happens and it’s not meant to be super strong. Two weeks ago he chipped his tooth over the weekend I waited to call on Monday the office says that they’re open at a certain time I called for a half hour after that and they still weren’t answering the phones. They called me back and I did end up getting an appointment for the next day. I go in thinking she’s gonna fix the tooth like she normally does and all is good, but now she tells me that the tooth is pretty much dead and needs to be pulled. She was comparing his x-rays from that day to a year ago and said over time that the tooth was dying and he had infection in there and the bone was basically being eaten away at by the infection for an entire year! Not ONCE did ANYONE say anything to us about that happening. He had just been there a month before and then a month before that for a cleaning. It’s not like they hadn’t seen him they saw him a total of 3-4 times between that x ray and this recent x ray. It was never ever mentioned. So I decided to get a second opinion before I pulled my four-year-olds tooth out and took him to my personal dentist. I called the office back to get his notes and his x-ray, again they were still open and not answering the phones it was about 25 minutes before they closed. I left a message and they called me back and I started to explain to her the situation. I got 2 seconds into the conversation she cuts me off while I was talking said to me stop what’s your email address so she could send them to me which I thought was rude. I get the email containing one of what I asked for and not the other half of it. They have gotten really rude and I honestly don’t trust their work or their judgment anymore. All the office ladies are rude you can never get an appointment I was lucky enough to because he had an emergency situation but other than that forget it they’re booking out 6 to 8 months in advance so if you have any kind of problem you can’t get in. The dr did not want to answer any questions either she just said rudely listen I’m telling you what I see which is fine but you’re asking us to put our 4 year old through an extraction and Are not willing to answer any questions especially the main question as to why nobody said this a year ago or any of the 3 to 4 other times that we had been there three of which they had taken an x-rays.

My boys love coming here. Everyone here is so friendly and outgoing. They address the kids in soft tones and independently so the kids become at ease and comfortable with the situation. The waiting areas are painted beautifully and have entertainment for them. It’s always so clean. Highly recommended for your little ones!

Worst customer service of my life at the front desk by receptionist and office manager- very rude and cancelled my appt without me knowing. After that we took our business elsewhere. Wish I could give 0 stars. As a nurse I am stunned they can talk to families like that!

My kids love it here. The staff is amazing.😁They are great with my son that has Autism.My daughter at first was very afraid they made her feel better. Now she tells me how she loves going to the dentist.The room are Beautiful so kids friendly.

I started going here because of the five star review. And after going, we loved Dr. Motyka and the kid friendly atmosphere.MIXED MESSAGES: The first time we went they told us my child needed his tooth extracted. After talking with the dentist, she was surprised about how much I knew about it. The next time we went they told us we could leave it in but have to build it up on top so they know where it is located. I called to speak with the dentist about the tooth because I had some questions and concerns, since my wife had taken her. The dentist called me back but was very short and didn’t like my questions. When I told her that the last time we were told it had to be pulled she became defensive and never answered the question.TEETH CLEANINGS: My kids have gone there for about 4.5 years now and they clean your children’s teeth extremely fast. When I say fast, I mean the whole process is rushed, from the hygienist setting up to getting the supplies to clean in g my kids teeth, it’s ridiculous! PLEASE SLOW DOWN TO A NORMAL SPEED!If you are a dentist, you must take the time to answer the parents questions and be reato explain to them.
