When I moved to Toronto in 2017, I got a referral to Dr. Ed from my brother's dentist (who used to work in his office until she moved her practice downtown). I wanted a dentist who was in my neighbourhood so that I wouldn't have to spend hours in traffic. And I wanted a dentist to refer me to a dentist so that I would be confident that I was going to receive the best of care. As soon as I met Dr. Ed, I KNEW!!! He made me feel right at home, along with his whole staff. Going to the dentist is like going home (I had the same feeling with my last dentist in Montreal). I know that I (and my teeth) are in capable hands.

Dr. Ella is an amazing dentist. I feel 100% at ease when I am in the chair.If you plan to go you don't have to worry about anything. She tries and succeeds not to hurt you what so ever.

I brought my mother here, who is a senior citizen and has coverage from the Canadian dental plan. They charged well above the guidelines and I was surprised that they charged her $50 just for x-rays. I was referred by SunLife who has been informed about the situation. I ended up going to another dentist that follows the guidelines. They should take down there big billboard advertisement welcoming senior citizen if they are not willing to follow guidelines. Senior citizens are on a fixed income and $50 is a lot to them. Hopefully they will eventually understand that and have some compassion for our senior citizens.
