I LOVE going to the Smile Spa!! Every time I go, I feel so welcome from the moment I walk in the door and through my entire visit! The check-in process was easy and seamless. The first time I was treated there I filled out a form where they asked about my history, which I so appreciated - it's clear they want to make sure to get to know you (and your oral health) well so they can provide great treatment! Their assistant was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. Taking X-rays was so easy and quick! Dr. Joelle explained everything she saw and what her recommendations were. When I returned to get my cavities filled, she made sure I was comfortable during the entire treatment! She even followed up with me afterwards to make sure I was feeling okay. I did not feel any pain during the visit at all, and afterwards felt good as new! Dr. Joelle, Dr. Shawn, and the entire staff make it an amazing dental experience every time I'm here! They really treated me like family! Highly recommend!!

Truly the most professional dentist office I’ve ever been to. The entire staff - from reception to surgeons were professional, empathetic, happy, and EFFICIENT. In this day and age, it is so hard to go anywhere that the entire staff seemed happy to be at their jobs and WANTED to take care of their patients. Thank you so much for taking care of my husband. He’s precious to me. Anytime I see him in pain I just want it to be fixed. The Smile Spa made that happen in less than two hours! We will be coming back!

If there’s ten stars I’d be more than happy to rate it! The whole staff and doctor Shawn Nguyen are a top notch dental team. They’re so professional and so friendly. Whatever concerns and/or questions I had, I would text them and they would usually respond promptly. Doctor Nguyen is so skillful, so knowledgeable and so smooth at what he does. He and his staff went out of their way to explain everything before during and after each treatment. I love their clean and cozy office and especially their dental high tech equipments, all new high technology that I haven’t seen anywhere else. Thank you so much for making all my dental treatments at Smile Spa a wonderful experience.

Everyone as Smile Spa is amazing. They are so helpful, caring, and considerate. You just know they care and want to make the customer happy. I am super happy with the results and couldn't recommend the Smile Spa more.

I never liked going to the DENTIST, until I got in contact with The Smile Spa! I felt in love with this place. The staff and the atmosphere here is awesome and you will be well taken care of and best believe it you will love it as much as I do. Thank you Smile Spa family. I can't wait to come back.
