Home Depot is the same everywhere tbh. A bunch of stuff for your house and a bunch of workers who could care less about your inquiries or problems. I just do reviews cuz I got nothing better to be doing. Hope Google can give me a job with them. Cuz this life out here is horrible.

This is an excellent Home Depot. The store is very well managed and the staff are helpful and friendly. It can pay dividends if a frequent shopper here to keep aware of items being marked down. Every few weeks items that are being discounted for clearance purposes eventually will be brought down to 1 penney if they hang around long enough. Once a cashier sees something ring up for a penney they are instructed to inform their supervisor so the remaining stock can be pulled and destroyed. However, if you get it at self checkout you may be able to ring up without the sale being noticed, allowing time for another to enjoy the discount. Great store, wonderful staff.

Poor customer service, very unprofessional and not friendly. to do a project with the location , I had to come in 3 times to make the order because no there, after. I finally get my garage door ordered , 4 weeks later I had to suffer again to get some one tell me the installation date ..same experience..vey unprofessional ,,I will do business with private contractors other than dealing with a falling corporation ( Home Depot) treat their employees bad and reflects to their customers.

Everyone at Home Depot on Staten Island was helpful, even without us asking. We did need help to find a few things and navigate. Since we bought a bunch of plants, veggies to grow, we asked for a card board to cover the trunk not to get it dirty. The lady upfront was very accommodating, she cut up a couple boxes for us! In the plant section a young man helped choose best veggies to grow this season. A man earlier also stopped by us and asked if we needed help - it was nice to see such attention at Home Depot. + A great experience on father's day with my little. 👍👍💪She also enjoyed helping with a snanner at the self check out. 😷 Social distancing and masks were worn by all.

We took our grandkids to Home Depot south ave for a kids project and it was so fantastic . Kids had soMuch fun building and painting I already registered them for august what a wonderful idea . Best part of it all is that all supplies are free of charge that’s right free of charge . Ty soMuch
