Don't be fooled by the stylish lobby and facilities. This was a mistake, and an incredibly frustrating, nearly one year experience trying to rectify overbilling -- one that never was successful.From the start, it was clear that something was wrong. Because they were close to my home, I visited Tend to receive care for a chipped a tooth. Instead, I was given a diagnosis for several new crowns - estimated to be $5,000 at that appointment after they looked into my insurance. I scheduled a second opinion with a former dentist (a very qualified and experienced dentist in Manhattan). The cost to repair the tooth was less than half the cost quoted by Tend. I proceeded and have been very happy with the results.Further, at Tend, on the day of the diagnosis, I was informed that I owed nothing further. Nine months later I received an email stating they Tend was starting a new, convenient digital accounting service, along with a bill for $140. I arranged a call with my insurance company and Tend to confirm that I did have coverage and that Tend should simply file the claim.After dozens of calls and emails, Tend maintains that the insurance rejected the claim, even though my insurance company states that it will be covered.My whole experience with Tend was disaster. I encourage anyone considering to avoid at all costs.

Dr Park and the dental hygienist were super nice and super informative. Best experience of a dental office I’ve been to. Very updated, super clean and very accessible to trains and buses. The office staff were super nice and the process was quick. This was only for xray and consultation for upcoming work but the Dr made sure he addressed all my issues and walked me through the process of each issue that I wanted worked on.
