I highly encourage any and all future patients to seek another practice. This office has very little care for their patients. The dental assistant is very nonchalant and doesn't show any regard or emotion towards patients. He failed to scan me properly for aligners and couldn't figure out how to use a digital camera and proceeded to take pictures of my teeth with his personal cell phone. Dr. Salem also doesn't keep promises she makes and refuses to work with me and rightfully refund me for the failed aligners case that went wrong due to their errors. Dr. Salem has verbally agreed to refund me and then went back on her word. She also allegedly tried to contact the third party company for the refund but claims that they wouldn't help. Whats even more unbelievable is that I personally contacted that company and they willingly and eagerly insisted to help with refunding the case and requested that my dentist contacted them to begin. Do with that information what you will. This practice if a red flag.

Been now going for about two years, love it and trust Tempe Dental. She came in on her day off & very early morning before my husband’s flight for a work trip cuz he broke a filling, she was so great! The massage dental chairs and television makes it more comfortable- esp the chairs!
