If I could give them no stars I will. They gave me a temporary root canal filing did not complete their job. They inform me that they will work with my insurance to save me some money but two weeks later they denied ever saying that. Dr. Baker is the worst one to go because he wants to work on your teeth so quick and act like he is going to help you but billing you at the end. Gabrielle is a rude receptionist, didn’t feel comfortable at all. Now I am left with this filing in my mouth that is not meant to be in more than 4 weeks. They might as well closed this office.

Don’t waste your time going here. They will lie and tell you that your insurance is good ( & you know it’s good) for services then bill you after they gave you the dental services you needed for your health. They are all about money. The staff will seem nice at first but will argue you down so you can pay. Dr. Baker gets his staff to do his dirty work after he lied to you.

I literally cried during my entire visit because the Dentist chose to disregard my pain, my opinion, and my NEEDS !! I legit asked for another dentist to finish the job because of how bad of a job she was doing.3 WEEKS LATER I still suffer for jaw pain due to the aggressive physical nature of the dentist NATASHA HERARD !! And this isn’t because of my teeth or gums or needles.. it’s because she took her hand and pulled tm mouth into position I told her were uncomfortable!! Crying the entire time still didn’t stop her from physically pulling my mouth. Just imagine someone pullin down on your mouth as you are already straining to open it !!!3 weeks later and still suffering from jaw pain I decide to reach out to management. I spoke with the managing member of LLC, Paige Baker, who unfortunately was extremely rude and showed no concern for the pain I was caused. Simply asking questions that I deserved an answer to caused her to not only roll her eyes half the conversation.. but answer with negative connotation.As a family apart of many black owned business in this community… I do my best to support other ones in the area.. but I will never be back to this place !! I will continue to reach out to management as this malpractice will not be toleratedMalpractice:IMPROPER, illegal, or NEGLIGENT professional activity or treatment, especially by a medical practitioner, lawyer, or public official.And now you lying saying I got all my info but you literally told me you didn’t know who the assistant was in that had her hands in my mouth. So be clear if it’s not a dentist or hygienist touching you this place won’t know who did what because it will not be on recordAnd can you explain how a woman that never saw me was signed off as my Referral ? Who’s baker? How can she refer me if she never examined me ? I was to be referred by the dentist I thought ? Or are y’all doing things illegally ?

Best cleaning experience I have had so far as an adult! They were gentle, fast and professional. The space is clean and welcoming. Glad I'll be coming back.
