I'm glad that they have finally gotten the staff they needed to reopen. The last time I tried to make my daughter's appointment, I was told that they were closed, and I refused to go to the Jewella location for any services. They have a new front desk person who was pleasant. But as always, they never seem to explain what is going on, whether it's an x-ray or something. Th DDS was telling another worker about things that my daughter needed without even talking to me about what they wanted to do. She was just making referrals without asking me if she had already had these services and procedures or seen these doctors. She has an orthodontist and an oral surgeon. She did tell me after the fact that my daughter needed a tooth extraction due to it was hindering another tooth from coming out. The worker who cleaned her teeth was thorough, and I appreciate that because most of the time, I'm not satisfied with her cleanings. She needs braces but Taylor Dental will not be doing them period!! I gave 3 stars for front desk and the worker who cleaned her teeth.

It's been a year since we.ve been, but they did Not disappoint. All of the staff were friendly and prompt. I really enjoy the new dentist Dr. C. She's really sweet, gentle and honest. Happy to see some of the older staff still there as well.

They did a great job with my son. We had friendly and quality service from the time we walked in until the moment we left. Staff was knowledgeable, gentle, friendly and did a great job. I would totally recommend.

I’m only giving 1 star only because the check in lady was very nice and helpful, the other workers were really slow and very very unprofessional. I brought my son there for a cleaning and checkup and made it there at exactly 1:40 his appt was for 1:45 , mind you didn’t leave until almost 4:00, the doctor not once introduced himself to me at all I had to ask for his name not only that , but I had to ask was everything good with my son also had questions that he couldn’t really answer for me . Never going back and I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE .
