My 20 month old son had an amazing first dentist visit. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome & at ease.The waiting room is a blast for littles, making it feel like an exciting outing to play. The staff were incredibly friendly and really took the time to sit down and chat about his care.My son loved his Mickey sticker & new toothbrush. They also sent us home with a my first visit picture/magnet.It’s literally a luxury experience-so pleasant, and not medical feeling at all! The office is also decorated so thoughtful & kid friendly.Thank you for a great experience, so my son grows up enjoying the dentist 😊

My daughter (Age 2) has had two visits so far at sweet tooth pediatric dentistry and I am absolutely blown away by how wonderful every staff member is here! Both visits my toddler was nervous, the staff was very sweet and took their time showing my daughter all of their tools, letting her touch them and talking with her about what each tool does, letting her pick out her tooth brush and flavors of her toothpaste and fluoride with fun pictures. They sat with her and talked with her before cleaning her teeth leaving us both feeling relaxed and not rushed at all! During the teeth cleaning my toddler would obviously cry, and the staff has always been very gentle and patient with her. They talk through what they’re doing and keep themselves extremely calm while getting the cleaning done as quickly as they can. Afterwards they give her a sticker and make her feel really good about getting her teeth cleaned and my daughter always leaves feeling very proud. I wouldn’t bring my kiddos anywhere else!

Dr. Erica has been our Dentist for our daughters for several years. She and her staff have always been wonderful (and extremely patient) for routine cleanings. Thankfully we have not really required them for anything other than routine cleanings, but over the weekend our 9 year old daughter cracked her molar when biting on a ring pop (a valuable lesson was learned in that moment).I sent an email on Saturday night just seeking guidance for Monday with zero expectation of getting any kind of response on a weekend. I was very pleasantly surprised to receive a response on Sunday morning asking for pictures for Dr. Erica to take a look at. After sending photos, it was determine that our daughter did indeed need to be seen by Dr. Erica so we made arrangements to be there bright and early on Monday morning.As you can imagine, a 9 year old with a broken tooth with a fear of having to get it extracted is a recipe for disaster. We walked in and Dr. Erica took a look right away and did determine that the tooth needed to come out - but luckily it was also a baby tooth causing a bit of an issue anyway - so she and her assistant immediately put our daughter at ease. They worked their magic and did not miss a beat. Between Netflix on the TV and their speedy work, that pesky tooth was out in less than 3 minutes and our daughter did not feel a thing.I realize this review is long winded but I thought it was important to demonstrate how absolutely wonderful this office is. Every single point of contact whether via phone, email or in person provides exceptional care and service. I wish I had a dentist like her when I was a kid. It would have likely saved me from years of dental trauma and anxiety.Our kids have a positive experience every single time they go to the Dentist which is so incredibly important so that they will look forward to seeing the Dentist and not be afraid which will ultimately encourage a lifetime of excellent oral health.Thank you Dr. Erica and team!

My baby had his first visit here, and it was not excited to say the least! Even with him screaming at the top of his lungs, the staff were gentle and understanding through it all. It amazed me how even through the crying, they were able to do a thorough job. It’s clear they have experience and care about their patients, regardless of their state. Will definitely continue going here for his future visits.
