So I’ve been going to Sutton for some time now and have never had a good experience, if it’s not the wait it’s the staff moving so fast u cant ask them a question.. I always chucked it up to the fact that they are located in the hood and most people are using state insurance… For those who have visited them before African dentist is gone to me she was all of the the place , the new dentist is great and she actually smiles and communicate and educates ,granted it’s still her by herself she is very well informed and she educates u on your procedure.. it’s gets better,, Miss Adrianna this lady is a god sent to that company and office apparently I had some dental issues that the staff before comply overlooked and did not inform me about … Miss Adrianna god bless her soul sat me down educated me to where I was and what I needed to do to get better I left feeling great and as they say knowledge is power I was happy because if left untreated my dental issues could have gotten worse but she told me what I needed to do and I’m on it … one thing though if u want someone to lie to you she is not the one .. and another thing because the state insurance is bull shit , and what they cover is pretty much the basics,I wish they had more ways to help u when you’re paying out of pocket, besides from that the changes being made at Sutton main st Im happy

Where do I start! Great customer service. Everyone is friendly! Adrienna was my hygenist she educated me on oral care and took her time to clean my teeth! My mouth feels brand new! Shes the best!

Had an initial appointment scheduled for a cleaning. Confirmed the appointment days in advance over the phone. I show up on the day of and the place is locked and there are signs saying they’re closed from the day before. No one ever called to tell me they weren’t going to be open or that I would need to reschedule. Annoyingly unprofessional and inconsiderate of their patients

Horrible wait times close to over an hour maybe even longer , even if you arrive early. Multiple last minute cancellation causing inconveniences to the patients due to the dentist simply not being there or leaving for the day . receptionist are okay for the most part but the telephone encounters are even worse very dismissive hanging up the call before patients are even finish confirming appointment details just not the greatest experience.
