I can't say enough about their professionalism and care.When a filling cracked and leaked, I called their office and Dr. Susskind saw me quickly for a consultation. He did a thorough exam, explained the procedure clearly, and even found two small cavities another dentist had missed. Feeling confident and comfortable, I decided to switch dentists.Throughout the fillings and crown procedure, Dr. Susskind was gentle, patient, and highly skilled. The crown fit perfectly, eliminating the need for additional appointments. His assistant, Natosha, was kind, friendly, and helpful. Her pleasant personality helped ease my anxiety during the dental work.Mary Anne, the office manager, is another gem. She's extremely experienced about insurance and went above and beyond to schedule quick appointments and handle communication with my insurance company. Her help made a huge difference.Katherine did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. My teeth were stained, but her gentle touch and patience left them clean and white. For the first time, I had a cleaning without bleeding.I'm quite happy to have found such a great dental practice for our family.
