Dr. Alla Rokun is an excellent dentist. She did my root canal in 2006. On average they last around 7 years,Hers lasted 12. Best dentist I ever had. I've had various dentists since that initial visit and treatment. Noneof their work lasted. I had one root canal with crown done by a different dentist and it lasted 30 days.$2000 down the drain.Be prepared they speak a lot of Russian around because I think it's just easier for them. But the quality of work is superb. She's the best whatever insurance she accepts get that insurance.We need More dentist whose skill matches Dr. Alla Rokun.

My recent visit to F&A Superior Dental was fantastic! From the excellent and friendly front desk to the expert care in the exam room, I felt taken care of. Dr. Alla Rokun not only addressed my dental needs but also made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I left with a brighter smile and a sense of gratitude for the exceptional care I received. I can't recommend this office enough.

Dr. Alla Rokum did a excellent job. The service is always amazing. I have my entire family going to her. I highly recommend Dr. Alla Rokum and the dentist office for anyone looking for a new dentist to go to.

Dr. Alla Rokun is the absolute WORST when dealing with patients. With all due of respect, I’m not sure how she is a Dr. If I can give a zero star I would. We planned that I was getting a crown for over a month and I visited her twice before the actual appointment to discuss the process. I wanted to make sure I was getting the right material and color. Her answers were very passive aggressive and short and didn’t give much detail. When the appointment came, I asked the question again and asked to show me the crown. she showed me the crown with regular tooth color so I said okay. After she numbed the area, she said now we are going to do METAL crown which is going to be temporary and then after 2 weeks we will do the regular color. And I didn’t want metal crown that is why I kept asking her previously questions to find out but she just never responded appropriately and with care. After, SHE PROCEEDS TO RAISE HER VOICE AT ME when I say I no longer want to continue. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HER EVEN TO MY ENEMY. She is also NOT EXPERIENCED as I observed because when I previously asked about my unfinished root canal she said it was complicated. I know it is complicated and that’s why I was hoping to fix it with a Dr. but definitely SUPER UNSATISFIED with how she deals with patients and just her unprofessionalism.
