Recently, I contacted Sunrise to ask for a second opinion related to what my current dentist said “might” be an abscess and recommended a root canal. Not being a fan of root canals (had a very bad experience as a teen), I did not want to proceed and decided to get a second opinion. Sunrise staff were so helpful in getting me scheduled to be seen within 2-3days of when I called. Once in the office, Dr. Chad examined me, took X-rays and because the X-rays weren’t definitive, recommended a CT scan , which was done in the office right then. The CT scan still did not confirm the abscess, but to be fair, also did not refute it. All that to say, we agreed that since I have no pain we’d wait a few months and reevaluate. I’m transferring my care back to Sunrise. The staff is great to work with, and Dr. Chad was very kind, provided great explanation while reviewing the scans with me. I give the practice 5 stars!"
