I’m on my 2nd kid’s braces and **communication as to progress has been very clear and direct**They are always on time with the appointments. We’ve only waited a few minutes longer when there was an emergency. Their reminder system is very effective and is extremely helpful if you have a busy schedule.Lastly, I would recommend Dr. Brown because he is an expert in his field and his team seems cohesive, very knowledgeable and very organized. If you follow directions, the outcome is fantastic.

Dr. Brown and his staff are so kind and great to communicate with. This is our second experience with them and we are super happy with both results. One kiddo had a stubborn tooth that didn’t want to move but they problem solved and didn’t stop until it was perfect. I highly recommend them to everyone!

My son broke his band and his wire was cutting the inside of his mouth and they had someone on call for him to go get it taken care of over the weekend! Michael has great patience with his patients and makes smiles look great for years!!! The cost is very reasonable and you get above and beyond service with him and his team!!! 😁❤
