I had my initial visit and cleaning at Dr. Kim's office a week ago and all I can say is that everyone's very pleasant and accommodating. Office is very neat, clean and obviously following all the protocols and guidelines which made me feel safe. Dr. Kim explained what's going on with my teeth and he made sure that I understood everything before sending me to the front. Angela thoroughly explained my treatment plan and made sure that there wouldn’t be any surprise charges.During my cleaning, the hygienist made me feel very comfortable during the procedure. He did it very meticulously and took his time to clean my teeth not like the other dental offices that I've been.Dr. Kim’s assistants (Sally, Alyssa, Jasmin) were also very friendly and took care of my every need. For the most part, I am extremely satisfied with my visit and I am looking forward for my follow up visits to this office. Kudos to all the staff (hygienist, dental assistants, dentist, and office manger)!!! Keep it up!
