I had mixed feelings about writing this review, but after reading through many of them, it became evident that my experience may help someone else with deciding whether or not to seek dental services with this office.I originally thought my experience was isolated, and paid it no mind. But apparently, I'm not the only client that continues to call this office hoping to speak with someone. I leave messages to set up appointments but no one EVER returns the call. I know Covid had an impact of staffing but it's been long enough for that to have been resolved so that the receptionist can focus on the front desk instead of also assisting in the exam rooms.I had planned to pop in to the office in person, to set up an appointment, then decided I shouldn't have to go to that extreme just to schedule an appointment. It's obvious my business isn't wanted or needed.I'm not sure who they actually provide services to but after being a patient for over 8 years, my business with them was no longer welcome.
