My long experience with Dr. Strauss and his staff has been first rate. I have been more than satisfied with the quality of care received from the doctor and Patricia, his highly skilled and assuring hygienist. The environment is welcoming and thoroughly comfortable (never dread my visit!). Caitlin, his administrative assistant, is warm, courteous and accommodating. She reminds patients of appointments by mail and phone and is always flexible about scheduling and rescheduling.I see Patricia regularly (always on time) for cleanings (never painful!), then am checked by Dr. Strauss. I had periodontal surgery prior to becoming his patient. Since then, he has made a couple of game-changing recommendations which I'm certain have prevented further surgery. He recently re-cemented a loose crown on the spot, saving me an appointment with my dentist.In short, Dr. Strauss and his staff are both competent AND patient centered. I thank them all.
