Amazing! If you don't like going to the dentist, this is the place for you. The staff is very personable, and you quickly feel like you're a part of their family. If you're embarrassed about the condition of your teeth, you won't be here. I can't explain it, but everyone was so friendly and compassionate that embarrassment wasn't even a thought. The office is state-of-the-art, very clean and welcoming. Not only has coming here been my best experience at a dentist, but it's been the best experience of anyplace I've done business with... Then again, this experience feels nothing like "business." It's a place you go where people care about your well-being, comfort, and satisfaction. I cannot say enough great things about everyone at South County Complete Dental.

Entire staff is so friendly! They treat you like family from day one! Dr Fetsch is the Best. He puts you at easy and takes great care of you! Shelby, was there from start to finish. She takes the time to listen to you and goes above and beyond to make your visit the best every time. Highly recommend this team! If you are struggling as I was, (for two years) Then make an appointment! You won't regret it! Tell them Michelle sent you!

I had a visit at South County Complete Dental Care today and it was the best visit I have had here. I have been coming to this same dentist office location since I was kid. Dana cleaned my teeth far above my expectations. She went above and beyond to make the experience a 10/10. She pointed out certain spots to pay close attention to with their new AI dental technology which was very interesting to see. When Dr. Alterman came to perform my exam I had another great experience. Like Dana, she was extremely friendly and cared to hear any questions or concerns I had. Another 10/10 experience with the team. Lastly, Patrick with the front office called to confirm my appointment time a day before, which is always a great reminder! Unfortunately, I was under the weather and not able to make it but he quickly got me rescheduled and was understanding in the process. He then called again the following week to confirm which I really appreciated. 10/10 experience with Patrick as well. All around they have a great dental team who I would recommend to anyone. They also hooked me up with two professional grade electric toothbrushes for a great deal!

I have had a lot of dental work in the past, and tried two practices since moving here from Florida. I have never had such a great experience from the front desk, assistant Melissa and Dr. Alterman. Really heard my concerns and started me on a treatment plan that day. And the most pleasant cleaning I’ve had, painless numbing. 100% confident and comfortable in that chair for once, I now can look forward to dental work. Thank you all, 10/10 recommend.

I’ve been a patient of SCC Dental Care for years. I am a big chicken when it comes to seeing the dentist, so keep my appointments every 6 months with the encouragement of the excellent staff. Patrick always makes me feel welcome and is efficient and thorough with intake, making sure my records are up to date and payment handled quickly. The hygienists are top notch and Xochilt did a wonderful job further easing my nervousness, was very informative in reviewing my x-rays and answering my questions. I like the wide range of care here and that the dentists are up to date on current procedures and equipment to help mitigate any future issues I may have.
