I went to this dentist because of a broken tooth, and Dr. Kalaf recommended a crown for the damaged tooth. However, the crown they attached fell off 4 times! Each time I went back, instead of sincerely apologizing, they made excuses and said things that didn’t make sense!!!On the last visit, the female dentist said that the crown wouldn’t hold because the tooth structure was too weak and then suggested other treatment options. When I pointed out that she was the one who reduced the size of my tooth to fit the crown, and now she was blaming its size, she responded by saying she had been “very patient” with me! I’m sorry, but I’m not going there for fun—I’m going because the crown they installed kept falling off!!!!Based on my experience and what I’ve heard from others, I strongly advise against going to this clinic. They seem more concerned with shifting blame than addressing issues. Both the male and female dentists I interacted with (different ones for different visits) failed to deliver a professional standard of care.If you value your time, money, and dental health, avoid this place. You’ll end up frustrated and out of pocket.

My wife got a crown done in this place and it came out 4 times. They made her tooth smaller to install the crown but every time it fell off. They tried to blame her and her tooth structure which they made smaller. Last year we had an issue with billing but wanted to give a second chance. However, it was a big mistake! We will never ever use this place. Do not recommend to anyone!

I give this place 1star because I got a filling done and it came out in 3days! 3DAYS!!! That is very unacceptable! So now I had to go back and get it fixed! Major inconvenience! I noticed this time she was very aggressive and drilled a bigger hole in my tooth to make sure the filling wouldn’t come out this time! In my opinion…she isn’t a gentle dentist. I will not be coming back for anymore work to be performed!

I got diagnosed with Pneumonia, a sinus infection, and cracked my back right molar all in the same day.Bad things come in threes I guess lol but they took great care of me, and had me in and out within a half hour.No one likes going to the dentist - especially in an emergency situation...But you can be rest assured that they do a great job and take good care of their patients.
