I am new to the Danbury area and was anxious about seeing a new dentist. I had a crown over an implant that cracked. I knew that I should see a dentist asap or I might lose the entire crown and implant. Dr Gerfen was kind enough to see me two days later. She had to work on trying to repair the crown for quite a while. Dr Gerfen is an expert in her field. I highly recommend her if you need dental services. Marie Z

In my opinion, they just always wanted more money. Every time I went, they wanted to schedule a follow-up for a random filling or extra service that I did not. Almost felt compulsory the way things were set up. I wouldn't recommend.Very Very preventative care mindset (overly so to be honest), which if you like, then this is for you! But for the little, cosmetic things that don't physically hurt me or won't bother me, I don't need to come back for extra fillings, surgeries, and services that will just cost loads more money.

Dr. Gerfen took her time to listen to me and understand the problem. I had an old loose crown that did not fit well and it was causing a gum infection. The previous two dentists just ignored my complaints. Dr. Gerfen fixed it.
