Dr. Ling and his staff were very friendly and very patient with me. I was there for a complimentary consultation because I am considering implant supported dentures. The consultation includedX-rays and an overview of the procedure with Ashley, who was excellent.Dr. Ling then joined us and displaying the X-rays he explained the options and costs regarding my dental issues. Upon leaving I was given a written synopsis, including pricing.My entire consultation at Smiling Dental was complimentary even though I am not an existing patient.My rating for Dr. Ling and Smiling Dental is EXCELLENT.

Both of my children and I had a wonderful first experience at smiling dental. We’re so grateful to have found an non-judgemental and friendly office in the Dundas area. Bonus points for offering nitrous for services when requested (great for dental anxiety!) The office is very clean and incorporates a lot of new technology.

It took at least four years to make the decision for denture implants.The staff at Smiling Dentist are very professional & supportive. I know I am a difficult/sensitive patient and they’ve never made me feel less than.It’s been four months since my first surgery and every issue was taken care of immediately.Dr Ling is very knowledgeable and quick for changes that need to be made.Listen to him when he says not to brush the temp teeth. Brushing the temp teeth leaves a disgusting taste. It’s going to be a long 3+ weeks, thru the holidays, till my next appt.DO NOT, under any circumstance, brush the temp teeth. The lasting taste is gross.

On our visit to Smiling Dental, we found them to be very welcoming and explained every step of the procedure. The atmosphere in the office was very professional. Dr Ling was very informative. Overall a good experience.
