Dr. Smiley is a real one. He was caring, attentive and knowledgeable. I came in pain but he helped get my cavity temporarily filled and get my pain down and manageable until the root canal can be scheduled. He was very empathetic toward a bad situation I experienced with another dentist . He treat you like a human instead of a paycheck. Thank you.

Had a root canal schedule for Monday December 16 at 8am. Never received a follow up call like I was supposed to. When I finally got a hold of them there excuse was " they called and spoke to a man that said I would reschedule " this is not true at all. I checked my call logs and no call came from dr smiley. I am the only one who has access to my phone. So I could have taken the 10 mg xanax that was prescribed for the procedure and arrived on time high as a kite only to be told it was cancelled. No phone call or anything. So make sure not to take any prescription sedatives before your "procedure" if no follow up phone call. I am furious about this because I have to work up a lot of nerve to have a procedure that requires medication before hand. Very upset about lying that they called and spoke to a man who said to reschedule because that did not happen. That is a HIPAA violation. you don't speak to the patient you don't cancel any appointments
