I had an appointment 11/25/24 for a cleaning, followed by Dr. GalloI have to report that i was completely let down with this office visit. The doctors behavior was disheartening and allowed me to feel like I was invisible and not important at all . The doctors behavior was as though he was not working with a human being . He never introduced himself , infact my back was facing the door and he just walked in pushed the button for the seat to go back and i got shocked and scared when i was forced backwards without acknowledgment of his presence . He then proceeded to put his hands in my mouth to check my teeth without telling me what he was going to do . He barley touched my teeth . He NEVER said a word to me . When he was finished he stood up and left room with out any direction or mention as to what he found with my teeth . I was able to ask his staff if this was normal behavior and they reluctantly said yes and to leave a review. This has me greatly concerned. Why was i treated like this . Why does this doctor think his behavior is GOOD PRACTICE . I am a nurse of several years and i would never want to leave my patient feeling neglected or dismissed . Very poor .Me and my husband also have private insurance and was not informed or gave an option to put fluoride at the end of. I would have like for them to give us an option to either pay out of pocket or opt out and not just assumed we were not going to pay for it. SMILES OF WATERBURY.. this Dr Gallo should not be part of your practice as my whole family goes there and sees the owners and they have been great to us. Dr Gallo does not belong there. Shame on you, so unprofessional.Other staff were friendly.

Came in as a new patient today. And got seen today. Extremely friendly staff. Great experience from the beginning to end. 👍🏼

This is honestly one of the best place ever for dental. I’ve been going for quite awhile and never had a bad experience. Front staff is so nice and wonderful. Dr. Kapur is the best dentist in the whole wide world. Dr. Virmani did my root canal and absolutely did a great job. No pain, or anything. They really do care about you and listen to your concerns what you have. Everytime I have an appointment, I always get super excited to go and see my Dr. Kapur.

i used to love this place but since they move it become horrible. long wait they don’t clean my teeth just ready to pull i refuse and will be going else where.The female dentist terrible husband isn’t so bad but she’s rude couldn’t question my procedure without an attitude. i popped my old filling out and all of a sudden i need a root canal and it was only 1 week it was out. bull.

Dr. Kaupor is amazing has fixed my teeth did amazing filling work is a damn artist when it comes to the ones close to the gum line.The only reason I have the one missing stars is not the work but Is a single interaction with one of the staff I was being honest about my previous drug usage a year clean and was on methadone which could crumble your teeth. Then when it came time for the exam she asked if I was on any drugs because I was sweating. I had already explained I was on methadone scared my teeths condition and I had just had my son all which combined cause my sweating which left me with a bad taste in my mouth and it wasn't rubber gloves.
