I haven’t had a successful appointment with this company yet. I’ve been with them for a year and explain to them what I went through with my last dentist office and they’ve been worse than the last place. They never answer the phone, haven’t submitted none of my paperwork. I have to call back for them to submit it. They move on their time they always book but then the appointments are always canceled, it is ridiculous.people mouths shouldn’t be played with for you guys to ask people why it took them so long to show up.

I had a mercury filling replaced with another dentist that dug a little too deep and I was in pain. Instead of fixing the problem they said I needed a root canal which I’m now finding out from another dentist that I didn’t actually need one and it was fixable. They started it, I never received my crown they never answer their phones and every time I go in they take X-rays and do no dental work not even a cleaning. And I definitely have a few cavities. This has happened everytime I go in. So now I have a tooth that’s decaying in my mouth from a root canal that was never finished and multiple cavities that have never been worked on. Disgusting. This densit office needs to be shut down. I’m going to find a way to report them because this office is shady as h*ll

I had to take my niece who is 5 just today I called and they gave me an appointment next day. The child needed an extraction which they did that day without setting up another appointment and loss of work, very grateful. They were all very kind and gentle with the child. Our experience was great from appointment to visit they handle the child with care.

I came into the office for the first time I haven't been to the dentist in years and these two especially were amazing.Their personality are amazing. They did a a great job making me comfortable but also had me laughing.Thanks guys Marisol and Yeseida

I would give them 0 stars but it’s not an option! Very unprofessional! They don’t answer there phone for days and don’t return calls at all!! I suffered from an infection 2 days after they pulled my tooth on a Monday and couldn’t get a hold of anyone until Friday! That’s absolutely unprofessional! I had to report them to my insurance because that’s Unacceptable!! I suffered in severe pain for days!
