Both doctors are kind and compassionate to patients and other staff members alike. They aim to please and answer all questions and take any patient concerns into consideration. Our whole family had a great first experience with them and will continue our dental care there.

This practice employees a horribly rude dentist. Never wrote a bad review about a health professional before but this Dr. Mandyhan, who I somehow got stuck with because of a scheduling issue on the practice's end, was the worst. Not just unfriendly. RUDE. He didn't seem to listen to my issue, understand my issue or respect my problem. AND he was RUDE about it.And there's more which I won't go into here as it will take too long. You know that expression "it was like going to the dentist," something people say when they have to do something lame and boring. This guy gives new meaning to that expression. A better way to explain it is that: "It was like getting a cavity filled with no anesthesia while a rude person was trying to make you even more miserable."I believe this person is new, and I expect more and more people will be complaining about him.

Best dental office in Waterbury. The doctors are awesome they treated me & my family good I know them over 10 years and wouldn’t go no where else they are gentle and funny and compassionate I always feel like I’m not just a patient but family and highly would recommend them to all my friends and family. I have a 9 year old boy who is scared of dentist but when he saw Dr.kapur she was so gentle with him that he love her and always talks about her she definitely made a big impact on him thankyou Smile and shine 😘♥️♥️♥️
