Scheduled a cleaning and check up. Instead of getting a cleaning I got a $2100 upsell for a deep clean. They were about to send me on my way and seemed EXTREMELY RELUCTANT to do even a basic cleaning. I got a 5 minute scrub and was seemingly expected to pay for a deep clean if I wanted any cleaning.They recommend I get a crown but I was offered no treatment plan/ appointment or explanation of costs to do so and left it at that. So I guess they do not do basic dentistry here. Probably my mistake for not researching properly.People seemed nice though.

Here are a few reasons:Dr Hill is knowledgeable and very attentive to details.The staff is friendly and caring from the moment I walk in the door. They always ensure I have a positive experience.The clinic is equipped with modern and advanced technology. I recently did the zoom whitening in the office and it was an amazing experience, the hygienist made me feel comfortable and the outcome was impressive.These are just a few of the many reasons I highly recommend you visit Dr Hill and his team!

Dr Hill bought out Dr Cappetta when he retired in 2023. They have fake reviews that say he’s been with Cappetta for years & it’s not true; my first appointment I was kept waiting in the chair for 45 minutes before Dr Hill came over; he never did address my dental issues; subsequent visits were never with Hill, always a young, inexperienced tech & one of them ruined my $550 mouth guard; the crown he cemented fell out 2 weeks later the day before Christmas holiday & I wasn’t called back for two weeks; staff are rude; you have to pay 100% at the time of the visit & just a week ago I found out they have your ins co send your portion of what they will cover to THEM, not to the patient so they’ve had $407 of MY MONEY for 4 months! And I only found that out by going to the office in person to ask about it. I was told by Courtney that “ most of their patients prefer credits on their account. REALLY?? I still haven’t gotten my $407. I’ve changed dentists & took me 4 times to get my files.

I had a front tooth replaced with an implant. I am very happy with the final result! Would highly recommend. ☆☆☆☆☆My husband had work done here first, and had a very positive experience with full set of veneers.I can say I've had only the same. with every appointment. The work took a year, with surgery and healing time. Dr and staff never seemed rushed or impatient. They worked together, and made a great team to accomplish the best results.Thank you so much!
